oh the madness...

i can't help it.
as old as the topic is, this 'love' thing really has me on the edge.
i mean really, how can we live with it? It has to be the most complex, complicated, unlogical, necessity on this planet. or the universe, whichever you prefer.

after just having been in a relationship, and now after watching the breakup of a friends relationship, I cannot help but be amazed at the stupidy and sheer ignorance we adhere to in dealing with love and romance. and what's worse, even when we learn how complex it is, we run after it full speed with our heads down. its like we're bugs that just keep flying into the blue zapper light thing; its nice, yet diceptive..."its so pretty"...*ZAP*..."i'm okay"...*ZAP*..."alright, i'm never doing that again"...*ZAP*..."ouch."........*ZAP*
its a bit like that.

Now don't get me wrong, I think love is the greatest gift given to us. without love life would have little meaning, and we'd all be going to hell. love's tough, but essential. God has shaped our lives around it.
think about it.
